  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards.
     

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
 

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a fee.
     

4. Service Satisfaction Guarantee
 

  • Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion.

  • We will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns promptly.
     

5. Liability
 

  • Davis Brothers Home Care Specialists is fully insured.

  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage, faulty construction, or conditions unrelated to our services.

  • You agree to inform us of any existing property issues before services begin.
